By the end of this course, you will understand how condensation forms inside residential wall and roof assemblies and where NCC 2025 concentrates the risk. You will be able to decide when a drained and ventilated cavity is required, choose the right membrane vapour permeance class for each climate zone, and document the details a certifier needs to approve them first time. NCC 2025 applies in Victoria and Western Australia, and the ACT allows either edition until 1 May 2027, while New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia and Tasmania stay on NCC 2022 until that date. Every figure in the course is labelled with its edition, so you always know which rule applies to the project in front of you.
