What a studio of six actually spends.

Six architects, ten formal CPDs each, is sixty courses. Bought one at a time that is $5,940. A Team 50 is $3,250 and covers most of the year, and a Team 100 covers all of it with room spare for $5,900. The block is the cheaper option from the first course.

What you might be wondering.

How is a block shared across the team?

However you decide. The CPDs sit with the practice and the manager allocates them. One each across the studio, ten to the person whose accreditation is due, or a mix. Each CPD is allocated to the person completing it.

Can one person take more than one?

Yes, as many as you allocate to them. There is no per-person limit, which is the point of buying a block rather than a set of individual packs.

What is the studio dashboard?

A view of the practice’s CPD for whoever bought the block. You can see which CPDs have been allocated and to whom, who has completed theirs, how many are left in the block, and where each certificate sits. Individual certificates stay in each person’s own name and their own record.

Do the CPDs expire?

No. There is no end date on a block, so a smaller studio can quite reasonably buy a Team 100 and run it across two years.

Which courses can we choose from?

The whole catalogue. Blocks are not tied to a profession, a state or a topic, so the same block covers architects, building designers, energy assessors, certifiers and everyone else in the studio.

Who does the certificate belong to?

The person who completes the course. Certificates are issued in their name and stored in their dashboard, because that is whose CPD record it is. The practice keeps the invoice and the oversight.

What if we need a different size?

Get in touch and we will put a block together to match the studio. The three sizes here cover most practices, but they are not the only options.

Is there a subscription?

No. You pay once for the block. There is nothing recurring and nothing to cancel.
